JARRETT JOHNSON

Jarrett will be having his 2nd Chiari surgery in 15 months on Jan 9, 2019. He will be 3 in February.  Jarrrett was diagnosed with Chiari right before his first birthday in February 2017 after a MRI of his brain for his hearing loss. He has bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and wears dual hearing aids. The Johnson family traveled to NYC to meet with one of the countries top neurosurgeons in July 2017 and Jarrett had his first surgery October 4, 2017. Because of his age and the re-growth of bone, Jarrett’s symptoms slowly started returning in 2018. This second surgery will be much more involved than the first surgery in hopes of resolving the problems.
